Before the Shoot
Once your appointment is booked, I'll confirm the date, time, property address, and the services you've requested.
Before I arrive, I recommend preparing the home by decluttering, cleaning, opening blinds, turning on lights, and making sure every room is presentation-ready. A well-prepared home always photographs better.

During the Shoot
When I arrive, I'll walk through the property to identify its best features and determine the most effective way to capture each space.
Depending on the services you've booked, your session may include:
Interior & exterior photography

360° virtual tour
Floor plans
Virtual staging (completed after the shoot)
Every property is different, so I take the time to photograph it in a way that highlights its unique layout, lighting, and features.
After the Shoot
Once the session is complete, I professionally edit every photo and video to ensure your property is presented at its best.
Depending on the services you've selected, you'll receive your completed files within the turnaround time listed on my Services page.
Your final files are delivered through an online gallery, making them easy to download and use for MLS listings, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
